Peter Optiz

Peter is an experienced media strategist who knows how to cut through the noise, craft compelling narratives, and shape the public conversation. He has worked alongside national and international press, as well as reporters in some of the nation’s largest media markets, to secure impactful coverage and shape public perception. Peter has held communications roles in Congress, advised corporate clients, and most recently served as Communications Director for major gubernatorial candidates. He brings extensive experience as a spokesperson and a strong track record in crisis communications, brand development, media strategy, and event production. He is passionate about developing innovative digital and emerging media strategies that engage audiences where they consume information and help organizations break through an increasingly crowded media landscape. Peter holds degrees in political communication and international affairs from The George Washington University.
